Terms and Conditions

All care will be taken with the equipment used to photograph the function. However, in the event of any unforeseen equipment malfunction or other unintended action resulting in the complete loss of photographic images, Little Black Photo Booth will refund all payments made.

Upon signature and payment of the booking fee, Little Black Photo Booth reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for the photo booth for the scheduled time and date. For this reason, the booking fee is non-refundable if the function date is cancelled or changed.

Regarding the photo booth hire, a booking fee of $350 is due at the signing of this contract and full payment is due one month prior to the function.

The quoted price is subject to any rises in cost that may occur between the signing of this contract and the function date if this time is greater than six (6) months.

The client is liable for any damage or loss caused by guests to the Little Black Photo Booth equipment.

The client must provide a 2-metre x 2-metre clear indoor space and a nearby power outlet for the photo booth to be set up. The ideal spot would be against a wall or in a corner where a smaller space may be sufficient.

It is understood that all files remain the property of Little Black Photo Booth

1. Clients can use high-resolution files for reproductions or for sharing

2. Files used for marketing or publication on any media need to display www.littleblackphotobooth.co.nz as photo credit.

It is agreed that Little Black Photo Booth reserves exclusive use of digital files & reproductions. Little Black Photo Booth will make a reasonable effort to make contact before using any image for publication.

The client must obtain permission from the venue for the photo booth to be installed

Little Black Photo Booth agrees to supply a range of props for each booking, however in the result of excessive loss or damage to props a $25 surcharge may apply.
